Dongding, also spelled Tung-ting, is an oolong tea from Taiwan. The original leaves were taken from a much older tea plant in China's Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province. The name Dongding means "Frozen Summit", which is the name of the mountain in Taiwan on which the original tea plants taken from the Wuyi Mountains were planted.
For many oolong lovers, Dong Ding Wulong is considered the premium Taiwanese oolong. That follow the traditional Dongding production method. Dongding Oolong is typically medium roasted (about 30%). Natural smooth taste,Rich Jasmine and Magnolia notes with a syrupy body, expels misty high-mountain air and sings to a tune of floral orchestra.
Brewing Taiwan Oolong Tea:
Suggest 8-10g of tea with 150-200ml,100.C water to brew as KongFu Tea,soak 5-10s a times,can brew over 6 times;
Storage:
Get sealed and put in the cool cold place or refrigerator, with the tempreture of 0-18 degrees(Attention must be paid to: make sure the tea is sealed up, meanwhile can not put together with another odor, in case of taint of odour.
